The Customer must make the payment through the different options provided by Alphagrowers, redirected from the Cart once they wish to finalize the purchase. At the end of the order, the customer will receive an automatic email from Paypal confirming the payment made, in addition to an own email generated by Alphagrowers where it specifies that the purchase has been made.
- I pay with credit card:
The customer must choose the payment method with a Credit Card from the Shopping Cart once the purchase is completed. Alphagrowers has a security SSL certificate that is responsible for encrypting all the inputs and outputs that are made in our online store, so your data will not be exposed to third parties or used for any purpose other than making the payment of your purchase.
6. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We will send the customer their products to the delivery address that appears on your personal data form.
We will deliver the product once you have verified that the effective execution of the payment has been executed correctly.
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately and will be delivered within a period that can vary between 24 to 72 hours depending on the geographical distance.
Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday and the shipping company may vary, depending on the shipping benefits according to each chosen address to receive your purchase.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping service costs are not indicated in the price of the products. However, national shipping to Spain is free, except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Gibraltar, whose price would be € 6.95. You will be informed of these expenses in a timely manner before completing the purchase process.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All the products offered by Alphagrowers have a diverse guarantee depending on the brand and the return policies of these. Alphagrowers commit to repair or replace with a new one if any of its products had a manufacturing defect.
The product to be repaired or replaced, must correspond to the one sent by Alphagrowers, must be delivered in its original packaging and must have attached the invoice, or a document previously provided by Alphagrowers that proves that the product has been purchased in our online store. In case of not attaching any document, it will not be possible to proceed with the processing of the guarantee.
Alphagrowers is not responsible for damages caused by non-professional installation, improper use, manipulation and / or short circuits. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by external factors such as voltage ups or downs, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental falls or incorrect use by individuals or companies without the necessary knowledge.
Likewise, Alphagrowers will not be responsible nor will it be responsible for expenses derived from the installation, disassembly, inspection, etc. that could be derived by the substitution of a defective or wrong product, or another similar fact.
9. THE RIGHT TO RETURN AND CHANGE THE PRODUCTS
If the customer is not satisfied with any of the products that he has acquired, he may change or return the product to us, and obtain the refund of the price of the returned product within the 7 working days following the delivery of the products.
In any case, Alphagrowers will not be responsible for the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product.
Products must be returned within 7 business days of receipt, must be returned in their original box / packaging and must be accompanied by their corresponding invoice or bill.
